Wednesday food journal

I am regrettably writing this food journal. I really let me emotions steer the way I ate today.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Coffee Total= 280

Lunch:
fish
sausage
cauliflower
corn tortilla
8 spears asparagus Total= 478

Snack:
fish
asparagus
corn tortilla Total= 254

Dinner:
flautas
rice and beans
chips and salsa
dr pepper Total= 845


Snack #2:
frosted chocolate donut Total = 270

Total= 2127

I am very upset with myself in allowing my emotions get the best of me today. Tomorrow is another day and I have to move forward.

    Dont get discouraged. First of all you were brave enough to post this food journal as part of your challenge. Thats awesome. Second of all you were honest, that is heroic. And third of all you admit where you went wrong I applaud you. Everyday it will get better. just keep sparking. emoticon

    Don't let your calorie count tell you how to feel about yourself. In the morning, remind yourself that you love you, and start the new day fresh, with no regrets about the past. emoticon

    I have done this a few times, I just got up to start new the next day! Then keeping up the next day well be a new beginning! emoticon
