Okay, so I've decided that April is going to be my month to refocus...I seem to have lost my focus, my drive...So, I have decided that I am scratching out my weight loss goal for this month and am going to refocus on eating & exercise.

I did have a tiny loss this week for my weigh in (-.2) it made me realize that I have been focusing again on the weigh loss portion of the deal and not what is really important (getting healthy).

For this reason I will be focusing on:

freggies at least 5 servings a day 6 days a week
water at least 10 glasses a day (have cut down to just 8)
Getting a minimum of 5000 steps in a day

I'm leaving it at that for now!

    I second all the posts already made. You have been working very hard...body and mind may need time to readjust. Pauls issues may be affecting things for you, too. You are wise not to lock yourself into one line of thinking. You can do this. emoticon

    Sometimes we have to re-evaluate what we are doing it and why. I switched to a month of raw food eating to make a lifestyle change for myself. The concept of the raw foods was to stop the cravings and it worked. Hope your change of plan works well for you also.

    Sometimes when your under stress in your life it is best not to push yourself.
Take care of your health and keep a positive attitude.
You both are doing an awesome job on changing your eating habits and teaching the little ones that healthy foods can taste good.
Keep up the healthy lifestyle.
