Okay, so I've decided that April is going to be my month to refocus...I seem to have lost my focus, my drive...So, I have decided that I am scratching out my weight loss goal for this month and am going to refocus on eating & exercise.
I did have a tiny loss this week for my weigh in (-.2) it made me realize that I have been focusing again on the weigh loss portion of the deal and not what is really important (getting healthy).
For this reason I will be focusing on:
freggies at least 5 servings a day 6 days a week
water at least 10 glasses a day (have cut down to just 8)
Getting a minimum of 5000 steps in a day
I'm leaving it at that for now!
