April's good

This April has started off in a great way.
I've been sticking to the healthy diet and lower calories
and working out on a regular basis.
Been seeing a little change in my appearance thus far,
but I also realize this takes time.
It helps to break it down in smaller goals, so that's what
I've been doing. Absolutely loving being on sp,
so motivational and learning so much from sparkle friends.
I just know that April is gonna be good.
Hope so for you too!!

    Despite not seeing much outward change, you're accomplishing lots of non-scale victories as you continue to become the healthiest you can be!

P.S. Sometimes we, for some reason, just cannot "see" the outward change that is actually "there"!
