Onward and onward

Today I had a morning meeting so my morning time was more limited than usual, which cut into my exercise time. That isn't the only reason I didn't exercise today. My muscles felt slightly uncomfortable from the strength training yesterday, but it's okay, I figure I'll eventually be comfortable, then it will be time to add more to strength training.

Or it could be that it will finally be time to get out in the garden again! I am really looking forward to that.

As for nutrition, I did fine. I had a tuna sandwich with a sweet-sour coleslaw (no Mayo) for lunch. So, even though I ate out, I made a good choice, and didn't eat all of it. I left both some slaw and some of the sandwich uneaten. I looked at it on the plate, and decided it - and I - were better off without each other. The cafe recycles its waste, so it will go to a good purpose, not my waist!

    Yeah! That is a problem I have. Food tastes so good and I have such a hard time to tell myself stop, you've had enough. Keep at it! emoticon
