Catch Up: This Week's Weigh In.

I just realized I forgot to post my weigh in on Monday...not that it's really blog worthy.
Another week of no loss on the scale. I did lose 1/4" from my waist. It's very frustrating.

I am continuing to go to Dance Fitness twice a week. Unfortunately, I only made it to Day 22 on the 30 Day Shred before a crazy schedule threw me off (which sucks because I was so close to finishing).

Today is the 30 day mark until our trip to Florida. I am going to start the 30 Day Shred again on Friday and try to do it daily up until the trip. It's finally starting to feel like spring here in Indiana so we will definitely be taking our walks each day again.

To Date Weight Loss: 5 lbs
To Date Inch Loss: 5 Inches. Not bad for 22 days on Jillian's Program.

I am not where I wanted to be at this point. I am 4-5 off "pace" according to my sparkpeople goal chart. lol. I still can't fit my shorts or capris from last summer so I am going to have to go out and buy new clothes (which I was hoping to avoid).
