I can't believe I haven't posted anything since August. Where to begin? Well I switched over to Myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my food, for some reason it is so much easier. I also made lots of friends and motivational people like here. I started walking to Leslie Sasones walk at home videos and put in 68 miles last month, I didn't lose more than 4 pounds but I finally am down to a 18 comfortably. My baby turned 1 yrs old on March 14th and I almost made it to 218, I am holding around 221 to 222 right now and hoping for a big loss this month.
My goal this month is under 220 and walk 70 miles, only 56 miles to go.
I just needed to vent, get some things off my chest and this is the better blog to do it. First I am switching to Gluten free/vegan..Meat hates me, goes right through me just like my Grandma..gluten just bloats me to no end..dairy also goes right through me. Therefore this week I am concentrating on not eating those things, but why is it that when I think about the foods that I need to eat versus the foods that are bad for me I get depressed about the foods that I am no longer eating. Hmm. It makes no sense. I have been easing into this way of eating all year so far and I actually feel better when I don't eat the things that make me feel ill.
