Shaking up my workouts

Well, actually the weather shakes up my workouts enough. Staying up right on ice, walking through snow with big heavy boots for a mile, staying indoors and biking on my couch-potato bike...that does seem to switch things around a bit. But I have been adding lap swimming to the mix. My daughter needs to swim laps for her life-guarding job, so I make her younger brothers swim laps too. Then I finally decided that swimming laps would be good for me too. I already have to be in the pool area to "supervise" my youngest because they think he's "too young" to be swimming laps without a parent present. So I might as well be in the pool too!
