Working it Out

The diet went really well today. I can stay on task when I'm home but visiting my parents was difficult. Because of the number of visitors for my parent's anniversary party, I'm planning to stay in the hotel. So no excuses to eat off plan.

I went to RIPPED this morning. It was a lot of fun; a much older crowd than in the evening. But we worked it! I came home and took a nap (I was really sleepy after working out!) and then went to water aerobics this evening. Again, a really good work out.

The plan is to go to Master's Strength in the morning and Zumba in the evening. Spring break is quickly passing by. Needless to say I haven't done a bit of school work - that's what Sundays are for!
