Have I hit a wall or do I need to get more aggressive?

I am happy that I have lost 17 of the 43 pounds that I want to lose but I feel like I have stalled out a little and haven't made any progress over the past two weeks. I am struggling to find the time to work out as much as I was a few weeks ago too. I want to get more aggressive and make things happen faster. I usually go overboard on things that I do so it is hard to stay going with the flow and slow and steady.
