Have I hit a wall or do I need to get more aggressive?

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

I am happy that I have lost 17 of the 43 pounds that I want to lose but I feel like I have stalled out a little and haven't made any progress over the past two weeks. I am struggling to find the time to work out as much as I was a few weeks ago too. I want to get more aggressive and make things happen faster. I usually go overboard on things that I do so it is hard to stay going with the flow and slow and steady.

emoticon Keep Pushing, but don't get in a hurry, if that makes any sense. Some days you are NOT going to feel Motivated. Stay consistent! After all you probably don't "Feel" Motivated to go to work Every Day. But you do it because the Paycheck is worth it.

I'm not an expert, but all I could say is to keep going I lost 12 lbs super fast then gained 2 back out of the 50 I want to lose. Just stay FOUCUS, stay STRONG, and all your hard work will show. My clothes feel looser so sometimes the numbers on the scale is just a number. There are other ways to measure your achievement. emoticon
