STAMINA - enduring energy, strength, and resilience
Living in NYC is awesome, we have something called the MTA ( the Metropolitan Transportation Authority) which makes up our public transportation. I take the subway to and from work everyday, I have to walk blocks to get to a station and go up and down stairs. Sometimes I take different trains to different locations and have to end up walking through our underground city. That moment comes when I'm ready to take the escalator to exit the station and DAMNIT the escalator is not working
, so what do I do? I wait for an elderly person to start walking up and I'll would walk right behind them to have the time to catch my breath, without having to feel embarrassed. NOT ANYMORE
now I walk, run up the escalator or subway steps. It's amazing how strong my body have become with just a few tweaks in a short period of time. I now have more STAMINA.
