Please Help I respect your opinion and I need your advise

I am on day eight of my seven day trial. I not sure why this has happened. I am trying to decide if the benefits are worth the price. I know it will give me more Spark points, but what exactly are the really benefits? Today it gave me a new way to spice up my exercise. I have known along that was the thing to do but I haven't gotten back there since I was sick. Will this be what pushes me forward? Will it make Sparks easier by putting all the same place. Will it make Sparks more effective? I have lost more weight in the last three weeks but that has been a change within me. It is part of what inspired me to try Sparks Coach. What are your thoughts?

    Make a list of pros and cons. That may help you decide whether it benefits you. Only you can determine if it meets your needs.

    Go with your gut. 1 month from now where do you see yourself with this? A lot of people do sparkcoach and have positive things to say about it. Honestly for me if it is something I question to death, I just decide to do it before I talk myself out of it. :)

    I like sparkcoach because it has 3 programs. The first program I did was the diet program. some of the information I already knew, but it was motivating to see all the topics I was being exposed to. After 90 days of learning I realized that I indeed have the information to create and personalize a successful program for me.

    Now I switched to the motivation program and it gives me a challenge each day to complete. It is motivating to see my compliance has been 100% so far.

    Spark coach has helped me stay on track.

    I TRIED IT AND DECIDED NOT TO SPEND THE MONEY ON IT. BUT THAT IS JUST ME. I WASN'T REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT. IT WAS JUST MORE THING I HAD TO DO EVERYDAY. I HOPE THIS HELPED AND NOT CONFUSE YOU. YOU WILL MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION I AM SURE. BE BLESSED KAY

    That depends on the type of person you are. Are you the type that needs someone or something to push you? If so then go for it. But if you don't need to be pushed then don't worry about it.
