I am on day eight of my seven day trial. I not sure why this has happened. I am trying to decide if the benefits are worth the price. I know it will give me more Spark points, but what exactly are the really benefits? Today it gave me a new way to spice up my exercise. I have known along that was the thing to do but I haven't gotten back there since I was sick. Will this be what pushes me forward? Will it make Sparks easier by putting all the same place. Will it make Sparks more effective? I have lost more weight in the last three weeks but that has been a change within me. It is part of what inspired me to try Sparks Coach. What are your thoughts?
