First, my sugar stuff...I ate a Jordan almond, and not a second one, which was good. We had a luncheon today at work, so I was holding off on eating, but I was STARVING. I ate one chocolate, and then had another one. One thing I noticed (not for the first time) is that, because I eat so quickly, I normally eat twice...once like a snake, and then again to savor it. It'd be nice if I could teach myself to skip that first step!
Husband and I both joined the "Million Step Club" at my job. You could put a deposit in for the pedometer if you didn't have one, and you record your steps on a log. If you get a million by October, you'll get a sweatshirt. I don't care about the sweatshirt AT ALL, but it's a cool idea. Yesterday, I started late, because husband went to pick up my packet and so I got the pedometer late. I only got 5119 steps yesterday.
Today, though, there was a ton of walking. I'm not done yet, but I've got almost 14,000. Should be pretty cool.
