Day 193 Rise and Shine #3

Rise and Shine did in fact happen today, a little delayed but it did. I ate a healthy Special K red berry cereal with 2% milk for breakfast. And then headed off to take my dad to his doctor appointment then kidney doctor appointment, which by the way they told him the wrong days. So not fun having to reschedule everything for time and money for gas to get him there for nothing. So small workout in the afternoon. Here's todays got done list:
2) Walked a slower 1 mile...but managed to squeeze it in 30 minutes with my 2 year old out and about.
3) 15 sit ups
4) 25 second plank
5) 25 wall push ups
6) 30 Dumbbell arm presses
7) 20 over head dumbbells
8) 7 push ups

So since I have nothing to do tomorrow but clean house again while kids are on spring break and I'm stuck home anyways....figured I will bump up my mileage and strength training. Suppose to be a nice day, just maybe, maybe kids will let me go for a walk outside. Otherwise I got my trusty Leslie Sansone DVD. Wishing everyone a beautiful blessed week.
