Added some exercise!

Well I was sitting at the house doing nothing so I decided to go up to the gym (I live in an apartment complex) and rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes. I probably could have gone longer but my back has been bothering me and I didn't want to risk hurting it anymore than it already hurts me!

I'm so excited - not just because I was able to do the 30 minutes but because I took the initiative to go up and do it when I could have easily sat home doing nothing.
