I used to use anything and everything as an excuse not to workout or track my food. The kids, the house, working, volunteering, and the rest. But this time I have created a time 5 days a week for SparkTime. It's on the family community calendar so everyone knows during those times I am committed to me and they don't let me change my plans. The excuses I used to use are lame to me now, considering that just 20 minutes on the treadmill and I can burn 250 calories or do 2 quick Sparkpeople videos.
NO EXCUSES! I CAN FIND THE TIME AND MAKE MYSELF A PRIORITY!!!!!!
