I'm on a roll! Of course I'm on spring break this week so making the time has been easy! Sticking to it next week will be the true test.
Just came back from walking the dog. My regular walk route, 2.19 miles I believe I logged... at 42 minutes... about 7 minutes longer than my norm without the dog... oh yeah, its really cold out too! The sun is deceiving!
Day 3, 3... but 4th day workout. I think I've recovered from my Sun-Tues, elliptical, weights/treadmill jog, and elliptical... stretched before and after the walk... my buttocks muscles are not as sore today!!!

    Good job! Stretching after is more important, and safer than stretching before exercise. A functional warm up is in order. (slow/easy of whatever exercise is to come)

    My doggie loves our morning outings! And yes, it was cold--windy! Glad I wore my underarmor! (I also wore my 20 pound vest and used my walking poles.)
