I can't say I am not doing well, just not what i can be. As I said in my last blog I became Vegan lost 15 pds immediately and then went off track. I have been trying to get back on track and this weeks is definately getting better. Although, i do add Salmon and some fish to my diet here and there I am doing well. Of course, i had been having health issues and just found out i have a fibroid tumor 8 inches long and my uterus is the size of 6 mth pregnant woman -- so i get to have a hysterctomy. Those are not the words someone who has been battling infertility all her life wants to hear. On top of that my husband, who is only 42, has to have surgery on Monday to remove all his teeth and some bone from his jaw. he has some wierd bone disease. So there is a lot of stress but I am very lucky to have a great friend who is going through this journey with me and although i don't feel like going to the gym, she pushes me and it feels better for sure. Right now my goals is to stay consistent and just take the 7 pds I gained back off and stick to my Vegan ways. I feel so much better when i do. Wish me luck and I will post again soon.
