do what I did in the past when I was trying to lose weight

I let one day slip into a 9 month downward spiral
9 MONTHS!!!!!
9 months I could've continued to lose weight and get healthier

but no
I let one day, one day of mistakes and pigging out turn into this 9 month junk food bad habit frenzy

So please
DO stay on track
don't do what I did!

I know we hear it all the time- don't let one bad day derail your progress or make you throw in the towel
but it really is true!

    Thank you for this!! One day is just a bump in the road and we get slowed down and not hurt too bad, and go on and all the happier even, because we got past that bump! emoticon emoticon emoticon
