do what I did in the past when I was trying to lose weight
I let one day slip into a 9 month downward spiral
9 months I could've continued to lose weight and get healthier
I let one day, one day of mistakes and pigging out turn into this 9 month junk food bad habit frenzy
DO stay on track
don't do what I did!
I know we hear it all the time- don't let one bad day derail your progress or make you throw in the towel
but it really is true!
