Week 1 on the 30 Day Shred

I started the 30 Day Shred last week because I was falling into old habits and my weight was climbing. My weekly weigh in day is Friday but I do weigh myself every day. I lost 1.8 from day 1 of the Shred until today. As of today I am only down. 2 from what I was last Friday - that's how bad my weight was climbing in just a few days. I have not been the best with my eating habits but I will not list excuses. Life goes on and we pick ourselves up and continue. I do want to say that I must be losing inches because I can pull my slacks down without unbuttoning them now. LOL This journey is not only about weight loss but all the other little perks along the way emoticon

    Keep up the good work - the scale isn't the only way to measure progress. It will happen, it just takes time. Great job keeping your chin up!
