I broke my 30 minutes a day exercise streak, and ironically I didn't eat enough calories (not on purpose-- my stomach was upset).
On Monday night I thought I was coming down with the flu. My body hurt all over, my glands were sore... but I wasn't to the point of vomiting. So I went to work, figuring it was allergies, or muscle soreness. On Tuesday, I dragged through work and crashed into bed at 6PM, skipped exercise, took some Tylenol and melatonin and slept for the next 12 hours.
Today is Weds, and I am still not vomiting, but I am feeling a bit better. Maybe I'll start a new streak. I am happy its apparently not the flu. But my fingers are crossed.
