Wednesday? What happened to Tuesday?

emoticon Yesterday I was feeling sluggish and a little bit out in left field. I think it was a combinationn of all those Easter goodies and too little sleep. So I missed my exercises and ate too much again! I really don't know where the day went.!! emoticon

Well here comes Wednesday! I am tracking my food and getting in my steps at the Mall. My grandson went to his favorite shops, my husband relaxed on the bench by the carousel, and I chugged up and down the mall.

So I am back on track today. I will never, never, give up! emoticon
