I am ready for the winter blahs to be over and I have set a goal to lose eight pounds this month. My old gym closed so I went today to find another spot to strength train and to get healthy. But they do not have a pool, but I have one in mind that I can go to for a little bit of cash. My veggies eating and water drinking is improving. I am working on my vitamin regimen. I met with a therapist today for the first time and I am going to tackle the depression/anxiety bear that keeps hitting me. Thank you all for your support and encouragement.
