Sparking into April

I am ready for the winter blahs to be over and I have set a goal to lose eight pounds this month. My old gym closed so I went today to find another spot to strength train and to get healthy. But they do not have a pool, but I have one in mind that I can go to for a little bit of cash. My veggies eating and water drinking is improving. I am working on my vitamin regimen. I met with a therapist today for the first time and I am going to tackle the depression/anxiety bear that keeps hitting me. Thank you all for your support and encouragement.

    Sounds like you are overcoming some challenges! Good for you! And way to go on setting a goal/eating well/drinking water/seeing a therapist. That is a ton of positive steps and I am so impressed! This is going to be an exciting month. Can't wait to see all the positive things that are going to happen. Keep us informed on your progress so we can cheer you on!
