It's all going to pot...

Hello world,

it's all been a bit hard recently. First, I spent 3 days asleep with a fever (Wed-Fri) followed by another sat in bed (Sat), then got tired out by short walk (Sun) and half a day of work (Mon), ate far more than I should have without any planning and an ah-it'll-be-fine attitude (Tue) and am up 2kg, tired and hungry today.

I wonder when I'll be able to go back to the gym again (I was enjoying that!) and get my food organised. There are no precisely no vegetables left in the flat. Potatoes don't count.

And now I want to eat lots of chocolate. Boo.

    Hope you're feeling loads better soon and don't worry - I think its ok to slip backwards when you're ill so long as you make up for it once better and YOU will - you're an amazing GYM BUNNY

    It sure can be very frustrating but first you have to get better these virus have there own time line and we can't rush the healing process Take your time in getting better down push yourself emoticon

    You can get back on track, no worries. You were sick and our of sorts. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and start all over again!

    Try to remember why you wanted to do this in the first place. Sometimes we just need a reality check. And some veggies in the house!

I can releate to some things you have talked about. I feel off the weight loss wagon for awhile.

Hang in there at least you are here and can get back on track.
