Self Magazine 3 Simple Running Plans (5k,10k & 1/2)

I found these running plans on pinterest. One for running a 5k ( for the 1st time), 5k to 10k & 10k to 1/2 marathon. I'm going to try out the 5k to 10k....because I have a 10k this year.
