hey y'all,
So starting Tuesday, so yesterday i decided to start a breakfast smoothie rejeem.
So I am starting slow but sure. i am allergic to nuts aka almonds, coconut ect so those super charged smoothies are out.
but I've come up with two super Amber smoothies of my own,
yesterday i made a smoothie with frozen mixed berries, spinach, banana, honey,flax, and Greek yogurt. Then water to smooth it out to my liking. this smoothie has tones of vitamin c and a.
Today i tried a mango, banana, Greek yogurt, flax and water to smooth out. So far so good, and YUMMY.
I don't usually get my veggies and fruit so this is my start in the right direction.

And FYI... if you make way to much, poor it in a ice cube box, when frozen put them little frozen cubes in a zip-lock. When you want another smoothie, or a sweet snack there you are. Either eat like ice cream or throw in a blender.

  smoothies are great! however, it's a bit cold to have one in the morning so for me it's oatmeal for breakfast.
