So, I went to meet with a personal trainer yesterday. He was adorable, short man with lots of muscle, but still a little beer belly. He recommended doing circuit training for me.
1-3 sets ;15-20 reps at a time; 30-90secs of rest between sets.
Assisted Pull up
Jack Knives (but holding at that point where the back wants to come off the ground to work on the lower abs)
He also recommended stretching my hip flexors and hamstrings to give my squats better depth.
His sessions are $30/half hour or $45/full hour. Not sure if I want to make that investment yet, but it's rattling around in my mind.
