Regarding my long long list of healthy stuff I'm trying to do:
I'm seeing a definite pattern here where the week starts out strong, fades by the end of the week, completely craters on the weekend, and then starts out good on Monday again. So that is something I need to work on.
However, overall I think my energy levels this week are higher than last week, so I think even though I haven't ever got 100% on all my goals on any one day, things are going well. I think the multivitamin and eating more freggies and drinking enough water are the main things that are making a big difference. I would like to extend the experiment one more week but I am traveling for work next week. Maybe I will see what elements would be easy for me to adapt and take on the road with me and just do that.
