Today I got to the gym early and decided to try something new ( so my body doesn't get to used to doing the same thing). Two very nice ladies invited me to Pilates. The instructor was very helpful and informative. I loved the relaxing music. It was therapeutic for my injured knee it felt like physical therapy. The core work was no joke it was very intense. This showed me that I had not been working my core to its max in other classes. I absolutely loved it and will include it in my weekly line up twice a week. I think the teacher can make or break the class. After that I tried a boot camp class. NEVER again not for me exercise must be fun not brutal!
