Wednesday 4/3/13 THE TALK

Ok.. I know it is early in April, and I just started working out in the morning... only on day 3 of every day.. but I had to talk myself into getting out of bed this morning! I literally laid in bed for probably 10 minutes and tried to talk myself into not getting up to exercise. I won and did end up getting up and exercising, and of course I was happy I did. But I was thinking wow, I am only on my 3rd day of this and I am already trying to talk myself out of it, that is not good! I think what has really helped me is this months challenge. So far I don't think I have completed anything I have started on here and I really want that to change.... Hopefully this will get easier and I won't have to talk myself into getting out of bed every day! emoticon

    Hope it gets easier for you....are you doing an exercise that you enjoy? Do you have an exercise goal like running a 5K? There is a 5k training program here on Sparkpeople and training for something really motivates me. If I am not training towards a goal then I also get too bored and just quit or burn out faster. It really helps you get up when the exercise is something FUN.
