Still Aching!

My knee is still swollen and I'm taking it a little easier today. I will still do a little exercise, but with limitations. A seated cardio video and an a core strengthening video for today. I did need to run some errands so they are completed and I am sitting with my leg elevated and with ice on my knee.

    Take care of that knee, and don't wait to long before seeing a doctor.

Good that you are only doing seated exercises. Everything helps, and it
shows that you still want to stay with it ~ no excuses for you !!!

    Good job with the ice. You could also do upper body exercises. Kudo's for you for pushing on and NOT finding excuses. Give yourself a pat on the back as you deserve it. Congrats on your very positive attitude.
