My husband and I are going out to eat for the first time since I started tracking my food. When he first suggested dinner at our fave BBQ place I was immediately anxious about being able to stay within my calorie range. I've never worried about calories when diving into a basket of my fave deep fried pickles and wings. But I am determined to stay on track! I looked at the menu online and i think I will be ordering the fajita salad (ignoring the edible bowl-which I usually did anyway) with cheese and dressing on the side. My indulgence, will be a single serving of cornbread. The last thing I want is all my hard work at the gym to go down the drain. How do you deal with staying on track when you go out to eat?
