10 Minutes a day!

So, today I decided that I was spending too much time on entertainment and not enough time on my health. I joined the ten minutes a day sparkteam and I'm determined that I'm going to do it. Ten minutes a day is not asking that much, plus, preparing myself for my Zuzka DVDs is going to be easy while trying to complete this challenge. Today I did not do cardio but I did spend 1.5 hours dusting my house
However, I did get in 15 minutes worth of arm workouts since my pinterest Mon-Sat workouts told me it was arm day
That and my butt still hurts from Zuzka's Butt Week #1
Anyways, I've spent a lot more time on this site, today, which I don't really mind. It is nice and I feel like someone, somewhere out there is listening to me. At least, even if they aren't, all the other people on here are still having the same struggle as me. The struggle to lose weight and get fit. We struggle together and challenge each other so that we can reach our goals.
