10 Minutes a day!

So, today I decided that I was spending too much time on entertainment and not enough time on my health. I joined the ten minutes a day sparkteam and I'm determined that I'm going to do it. Ten minutes a day is not asking that much, plus, preparing myself for my Zuzka DVDs is going to be easy while trying to complete this challenge. Today I did not do cardio but I did spend 1.5 hours dusting my house emoticon

Ridiculous. LOL

However, I did get in 15 minutes worth of arm workouts since my pinterest Mon-Sat workouts told me it was arm day emoticon

That and my butt still hurts from Zuzka's Butt Week #1 emoticon

Anyways, I've spent a lot more time on this site, today, which I don't really mind. It is nice and I feel like someone, somewhere out there is listening to me. At least, even if they aren't, all the other people on here are still having the same struggle as me. The struggle to lose weight and get fit. We struggle together and challenge each other so that we can reach our goals. emoticon

MAGGIEVAN you're absolutely right! I can't wait until I'm more looking forward to my workout rather than seeing it as "just something I have to do".

    I am so glad for you that you have joined that group. It is 10 min. "you time", so make the most of it. As you get fitter and more healthy you will find it less of a struggle and more of a joy. Keep pushing and you will get there.
