Ok so the Easter Bunny hit my plan HARD... we had friends come from out of town for the weekend...which meant beer and wine and chips. and I did NOT track. I had been trying to switch to intuitive eating and it was going fine, I was still losing...but now of course my intuition says to eat and eat and eat and not track.
SO....back on track.
Tracking food again...as much as I hate it I need to track it if I am going to reach my goals in the summer.
Exercising more consistently. I actually am PROUD of the exercise I did over Easter, I started running a few weeks ago but only on weekends. I use the dreadmill through the week for hill walking (hills TORCH calories without running!) because I hate running on a dreadmill, but I ran 3.5K on good friday, and then 5.4K each day saturday through monday!
That means, I RAN 20K on Easter weekend! SO WHAT if the scale is up a few pounds!
So, goal reassessment... I am sitting at 210 right now. I am setting my ultimate goal at 178 (25 BMI for my height, new calculator) which means I have 32 pounds to go. I can do this! that is only 8 pounds per month to reach that goal by my wedding anniversary!
I CAN AND WILL do this. Quitting is not optional.
