I weighed myself for the first time since I started. I results are not good and that is how I am going to leave it at that.
Not sure where I failed at. But I can say that I need to do better than what I am doing. I get set in my ways and fail to push forward. I need to add an extra time to my workout. Continue to monitor my eating by getting out the measuring cups.
