My stomach got huge after Passover! :( I gained so much weight... suggestions on how to lose it quickly?? Also-- do I have to eat my minimum calorie range? Or can I eat less??? Help!!!!!!!!! (Should I be eating extra spoonfuls of peanut butter to fulfill my daily quota of minimum calories??) Will my body go into starvation mode if I don't eat my minimum amount of calories??
