8.00 the same pea porridge as yesterday (200g);
consumed 1 cup of chicory coffee (just 104 teaspoon of sugar); 3 glasses if water;
11.00 half of an orrange, 1 plate of cabbage soup;
consumed 2 glasses of water;
13.00 80g of black pudding (liverwurst); 100g pea porridge (the last :) ); 200g salad (chinese cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, sour dresing);
consumed 2 glasses of water, 1 cup of coffee (no sugar);
16.00 an apple;
consumed 1 glass of water;
19.00 300g cabbage stew; 30g of bread with 1 boiled egg and 1 teaspoon of mayo. (I ate these two things separately),
20.00 10g of popcorne (1 handful). It's so good to know, that it's just 50kcal. So guiltless comparing to potato chips...
planing to drink 2 more glasses of water.
