Day 3 and a thank you

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

Today is day 3 of my streaking (still makes me giggle to say that). I am doing ok. I'm dealing with a mild case of "sulphur burps" today, which I think may be a result of the chinese food we had last night. I'm going to have to watch out for this. This round is not as bad as previous ones I've had in the last month, but it's quite embarassing nonetheless.

I want to thank everyone for their wonderful compliments on my engagement ring, and for the Sparkgoodies I have received. You have all supported me through my hard times, and it feels really good to share these good times with all of you!

Plex took the day off from work to register his "new" van. He's a very happy guy today! He gets to see me smiling ALOT (I haven't stopped smiling since he told the gentleman in the jewelry store last night that he would be the one to put the engagement ring on my finger), and he's got a new vehicle to feel safe and secure in. He was heading home to pick up Boo to have her drive it over to the shop to get it inspected. He's so sweet to me and to my girls!

Back to work with me. It's hard to not sit here staring at my left hand all day, but a girl has to do what a girl has to do!

You will get used to it. I actually don't feel right unless I am wearing mine. I am so used to the extra weight - I feel wierd without it. Enjoy EVERY minute of your engagement and marriage!
