Well in two more days I will be heading into the hospital to deliver my little girl. This is our last pregnancy. I am sad but excited all at the same time. I have delivered all my kids via c-section and will this type of delivery comes a recovery time. I am eager to get started with more physical activity but know I am going to have to exercise patience. The weather is starting to get real nice which just makes me want to get out and about even more. I bought a double jogger so I can strap my 2 youngest in and go when the time comes. For now it sits un-opened but in due time it will be put together. I think it is good for me to take it slow, this gives me time to focus on eating more whole healthy foods, getting plenty of rest, and making those changes that really count. Nothing is more frustrating than to put in hours of exercise to see little to no results because your eating habits are out of order. So my plan is to get the eating right down first before I embark on an exercise regiment. April will be spent recovering and May will be the beginning of exercise, slow and steady.
