I think I may have found my new go-to exercise. I went to water aerobics class last night, and it was incredible. I loved it. I am really sore, everywhere. I could tell the routine really worked my entire body. We even did crunches in the water! It was pretty incredible. There are classes 4 days a week, each an hour long. What a great option, I really love being in the water, always have. I used to be a lifegaurd, swimming instructor, and taught water aerobics, so it only makes sense that I would enjoy this now. It was really a great class, the teacher was very good, and I feel like I REALLY got a full body workout. I will be going back, possibly today. Just wanted to share my little fitness excitement. Yay!
