So, I did get stuff sorted for the thrift store as planned last night. 3 boxes, to be exact. No doubt there is more that should go, but I did what I could with the time I had. I got the recycling taken in this morning and the library books dropped off last night. My mind wants to sigh with relief every time I get more unnecessary stuff out of the house. God made me to function best in clear, organized spaces I think!
Also, yesterday was day 2 on plan.
My food was great and I did 40 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes cardio exercise. Today has started out well and I anticipate another on plan day. It is my day off from formal exercise, so that's easy. I've mentioned before that I work with the middle school girls at my church youth group and I figure that keeps me plenty active and doesn't allow for much time to do formal exercise between that and work. This summer, once I'm a SAHM and youth group and AWANA are on summer break, Wednesdays will likely become our martial arts night. Then I'll have to consider if I want to have 1 or 2 "rest" days each week. I have a couple months to see where I'll be at that point and what will work for my family.
