This little bear is sharing some love and encouragement with each of you in the Challenge for health whether that be the 5% Winter challenge or some other.. be strong and of good courage and loose those pounds under your pretty fluffy fur. Share a smile with some one today and a healthy snack under 200 calories... I'm going for a black forest ham slice wrapped around a dill pickle spear ...no, have three of those and a cup of hot tea and just one hershey's dark chocolate kiss on the side...Yup that will be lovely!

PS. Forgot that dill pickle doesn't work well with no teeth so switched it out for dill relish... the ham was sliced thin enough to "gum it" fine. Just one of those salty tastes i get hungry for sometimes and this was the day with left over ham from Sunday.
