It's been a couple of weeks since I've written anything. I'm doing well on my 28 day Bootcamp Challenge. I've been consistent and am now on my third week. Yeah! I'm really starting to feel the effects of a healthier lifestyle. I feel more energized, younger, stronger and healthier.

My one struggle would be diet. I just don't always make the healthiest choices.

I'll continue to take small steps one day at time!

    Great on the 28 day boot camp!
For me nutrition is tough too. I try to prepare as much myself as I can and found out that I need to prepare my snacks too! So hang in there. You will make progress!

    Good for you, progress is great. I hit a plateau and wonder when that will happen for me.
