It's been a couple of weeks since I've written anything. I'm doing well on my 28 day Bootcamp Challenge. I've been consistent and am now on my third week. Yeah! I'm really starting to feel the effects of a healthier lifestyle. I feel more energized, younger, stronger and healthier.
My one struggle would be diet. I just don't always make the healthiest choices.
I'll continue to take small steps one day at time!
