4/3: 243 emoticon emoticon emoticon ......

13 Week challenge has begun!

BootCamp yesterday evening was brutal and wonderful at same time. It's fun working a team...all going through the same torture together... I'm very competitive so I have to be careful not to overdo it when I hvae a partner who is decades younger than me....OMG....he almost killed me
I do have to modify some of the exercises but that's what makes it SO great for all levels of fitness.. and I HAVE to do that so I don't injure myself..

So if any of you have local bootcamps give it a will be pleasantly surprised!!!

How many of us really push ourselves.. alone... to limits we never thought we could achieve! You'll be amazed at what you can really do with some cheerleading!!

have a fine day!

Good for you! I have always wanted to try a boot camp, but with my travel schedule it just never works out. I just started a running class which I think I can make most of the time since it meets once a week and an occasional Saturday. The other days I work out on my own with a schedule. 10 weeks and then we run a 5k! I am also in the 13 week challenge - let's do this!

Woohoo sounds great! I did a couple rounds of an outdoor bootcamp when I used to live in Phoenix which was a real blast until it got too hot to be outside in the mornings. You are off to a great start on this 13 week challenge!
