Despite my splurges of exercise I continue to be more sedentary than I realized. Thanks to fitbit, I now know that I burn far fewer calories both at rest and at exercise than I thought. No wonder the weight has been so stubborn. Even on very active days the calorie burn is disappointing. Now that I've cut back calories further than recommended in my plan, I'm finally seeing results. But, slipping up usually shows up quickly on the scale. Each day I now make more effort to move at every opportunity. Maybe these last 10-15 pounds will actually jump off. Have a great day everyone!
