Today is national walking day. So get out and walk. Walking is great for your heart. It's low impact and you can take it at any pace you want. They say to do 30 minutes a day at least, but don't forget that you can take it in 10 minute blocks.

Take the time to walk when you'd normally drive. Take that walk at lunch. Take the walk after dinner, it is getting warmer and sunnier! No matter what you do today, make sure to get some walking done!
I'll be walking up to the school today, but that is my normal Wednesday routine. Perhaps I'll get the family out after dinner today too!
