Ouch, Ouch, Ouch!

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

Last night (actually this morning at 3:30 a.m.) was the second time I was woken up by a serious Charlie Horse in my left foot. Man that's a rude awakening! What causes that? Does anybody know?

If you worked out that day and didn't stretch properly, that can cause charlie horses. So can dehydration or a constant lack of calcium in your diet. If they're happening super-regularly, I'd try drinking more water and adding calcium to your nutrients to track to see if you're getting enough!
