another day

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

So I woke up with a headache this morning, therefore won't much get done today. I am sitting in class wanting to work on my ipad, but the guy who is going to help me fix it isn't here. I had chicken noodle soup for breakfast, was proud, I stopped eating when I was full. Instead of the feeling of fullness, I get this I don't want to eat anymore feeling. So my stomach never really gets full, I think it's a mental thing, which I am ok with. It' pretty outside today so on break I will probably walk around the parking lot at my school. I enjoy when I am able to get out an walk. I am also renewing my membership at the gym I have been a member of. I am really ready to lose this weight and sitting at home isn't going to get it done. I will probably go by a football after work and play football with my son when he gets home from school. I may even buy some baseball stuff and we start playing outside more often. Even he needs to lose some weight, he has that pudgy belly thing going on. My daughter is super skinny, hopefully she will always be. Plus I could use the Vitamin D that I will get from being outside. And when it is a pretty day I want to take advantage of it.. I just hope none of the balls get lose, busted, and even chewed on by the dog. I just hope this sinus headache goes away soon, I did take some medicine.

Great way to get your son involved and help him to stay healthy as well. It's wonderful when you can do things to keep busy and active and it doesn't feel like real work or emoticon exercise!! Enjoy the lovely day and I do hope your headache gets better. The sunshine will do you good!!
