Well, I finally got out of bed this morning and walked for 15 minutes. It wasn't as long or as intense as I normally go, but I DID IT! My knee started aching about halfway through, so I dialed back the intensity. I am going to look up some exercises and stretches that will hopefully help with that.
My breakfast wasn't as good this morning as I have done in the past, but I logged every bit of it. I've not been logging like I should. It is easier to ignore the poor choices when I'm not logging. I do have a decent salad and sandwich planned for lunch. I also remembered to bring my cheese sticks and almonds to work for my snack. Maybe I can turn this day around. I sure need to. I've had way too many days that haven't been as good as they should. It's time to get back on track.
