Ok, its the 3rd day of April but not too late to set and share goals. I just came in from a 1.6mile jog this morning and decided to post before getting set for work. I went jogging just to challenge myself.
My goals for April are:
1. Lose at least 8lbs
2. Drink at least 10 cups of water daily
3. Eat within my 1,200 and 1,500 daily calorie range
4. Exercise for at least 30mins daily
5. Try to get my exercise in, early mornings
6. Get at least one person to join my Healthy Living drive
7. Remember all my friends in a collective prayer daily
8. Remain Positive in all things
9. Show love to someone everyday
Well, these are the specific ones. Others will be added as tyey emerge. Why not share your goals. We will cheer ypu on as you strive to attain them
