Spark Coach topic - time wasters

The best new use of time is my 15 minutes while watching tv that I am doing strength training. I have done over 15 each time, added bonus of doing it in front of a gripping NCIS episode : )

My biggest hurdle is still making time every day or at least every other to get to the Playground (aka gym.) I am figuring out getting in 7-8 hours of sleep plus up and out the door by 6:30 for playground time (shooting for 45-60 minutes there.) I am confidant now that I am a morning work-out person - it sets the tone for my day and I enjoy being up when I actually get my butt out of bed. I have known that for a while, but, I can't deny it any longer. I just have to go to bed earlier, end of story. I, the once night owl, needs to adapt.

Can I add that I had my weekly weigh in this morning and dropped 1.5 pounds?!
